Each workshop starts with a real challenge the team wants to work on. This might relate to communication, collaboration, leadership, creativity, problem-solving or finding a better way of working together.
The sessions are practical and interactive. Depending on the topic, I may use coaching, creative exercises, humour and improvisation to encourage participation and help people try different approaches.

I have more than 18 years of international experience across digital marketing, ecommerce, performance, CRM, data, automation and team leadership. My experience includes Booking.com, Tiqets, Calvin Klein, Treatwell, Huda Beauty and Vitamasques.
I've worked in large international organisations, growing businesses and smaller teams. I work across strategy and practical delivery, and I pay close attention to people and ways of working.
I am also a certified trainer, with additional training in coaching, leadership, communication, creativity, humour and improvisation.
